Easy to install and got my old leaf blower up and running. It took about half an hour to install, I didn't even have to make any carb adjustments. Now my wife can help me with leaves too.

Easy repair. Nice that it came with new gaskets and an air filter. Throw away the cheap sparkplug and get yourself an NGK.

This was a perfect fit for my echo, backpack, leaf blower. Took less than five minutes to install, and with 1/2 twist of the low throttle screw. I was up and running as good as new.

Very happy with this purchase. I received this kit a day earlier than promised, which was great given that my 17 y-o Echo backpack blower (PB-403) finally ran too erratically to be of use during a recent leaf blowing job.Everything fit perfectly, and the carb worked perfectly after two pulls. The blower runs like it’s new—no kidding.The kit doesn’t include an air purge line, which would have been great. My old one is a bit mangled, and I was worried that it would pinch off the air purge. It didn’t, so the unit is running fine. The included gas line does not appear to be rubber; it seems to be vinyl, because it developed surface cracks as soon as I bent it into the gas tank. Works ok though. All in all, easily worth the cost if it holds up. Happy with this purchase!

Installed on a 9-year-old PB-413H backpack blower that has never run well. The blower stopped running when it was less than a year old, and Home Depot had me take it to an authorized repair shop. They said it needed carburetor adjustments and charged me $80, because adjustments aren't covered under the warranty. That got it so it wouldn't start under choke, took several pulls, and then smoked all the time it was warming up. I have two other Echo products, and they don't do that. For the last two years it has been leaking oil/gas through the air filter housing.I installed this kit and it started on the first pull. It needed complete H/L tuning, but YouTube has that covered. I have the idle screw fully backed out but idle is slow enough for me. The H/L screws don't have the plastic caps that stop them from turning from vibration. The caps from the old carburetor broke when I tried to remove them. The oval gasket goes on the cylinder side. 30 minutes after it arrived I was blowing leaves. No gas/oil in air filter, and no gas smell. I'll update here if it doesn't continue to run great.
