Some buyers feedback that this pants do not like really natural silk.We would like to make an explanation below:
The most common silk fabric is plain silk or chameuse silk,smooth on one side with luster and coarse & dull on other side, which is also called silk satin,widely used to make silk sleepwear,underwear, silk sheets set. Some buyers only know silk satin, they take this as the only natural silk products. In fact, natural silk fiber can be made in various different style fabric,like Damask,Gauze,Georgette and so on. Not all natural silk fabric is smooth and has luster.
For this silk cashmere pants,it is not like the common silk satin- The silk fiber is spun silk, which is the inner layer silk fiber in silk cocoon. It may be mix-up with cocoon shell impurities. The luster and breathable property is inferior compared to outer layer silk fiber. So the spun silk is commonly used to make silk blend sweater, pants,silk gloves and silk socks.
- The woven method for this pants is Full Needle Knit Method, so the fabric is quite thick and tight with high density stitches to ensure the pants are warm and durable enough.But the tightly knitted fabric will be a bit stiff, sometime it need be sand-washed to make it softer.

Loved these enough to get a second pair, so when one machine-washed pair is drying on rack (recommended to air dry), there is another fresh pair ready for the cold! The cashmere/silk blend is perfect! Toasty but not too bulky to wear under other legging pants. Opaque enough to wear indoors without other pants and not look like long-johns.

These leggings are warm and comfortable. They have enough elasticity to keep their shape but not to be uncomfortable, they're warm due to the silk and cashmere. They're luxurious warmth.

They are the most warm and comfortable legging/long Johns I’ve ever owned. Plus they look cute, you can wear just them. I’m a real outdoors women, and these keep you warm, even sitting for 4 hours sitting in a deer stand while it’s snowing or wasted outside smoking a cigarette or skiing down a mountain.

The leggings arrived before the promised date. They are very nice quality: heavy enough to be able to wear them on their own as leggings (as opposed to just as underwear). They waist band fits perfectly and very comfortable. They are form fitting, the ribs are fine, there is no chunkiness. I'm 5'9", ordered L and they fit perfectly.

I'm not really convinced these are silk/cashmir but they are super warm and comfy. Warmer than cotton and softer than wool.I think the product description is pretty accurate - these are thick and not idea for under "skinny jeans" but they fit fine under my work jean. But they also look nice enough you could easily wear them as leggings under a dress too.I liked them enough to immediately order another pair!
