These are hard rubber and the fitment is terrible. I didn’t expect them to be wonderful for the price, but the stock 26 year old ones on my truck are more pliable than these.

Holds the lamp in place in the hole when properly sized. My truck bed rear surface is ~1/4 inch thick plate and these worked fine.
