The chair set of 4 were inexpensive so I did not expect high quality but I do expect good customer service. We put together 3 chairs and when we got to the 4th chair we had one extra left leg and was missing a right leg. We checked the 3 chairs that we put together thinking we made a mistake but they were fine. They had the correct legs and did not wobble. I reached out to Pizzello via email and asked that they send us a right leg. I was not asking for a refund, just needed a right leg.They asked me to send photos of the chairs, which I did. Then they replied that the photos were not good enough and asked that I send more. My other option was to return the set for a refund. I did not want to take down the 3 chairs that we worked so hard to assemble and then try to get them back in the box. I just wanted a right leg.After many emails back and forth I gave up. Now my patio table that fits 4 has only 3 chairs.
