Tips
Long-Lasting Outdoor Furniture
Extend the life of your outdoor furniture set with patio furniture covers. Furniture covers won’t do much against the wind, but they will protect against damaging UV rays and torrential rain. Or store the pieces in a garage or shed in the off-season to shield them from the elements.
Keep it clean
Even if your furniture is covered, it’s still going to accrue dirt and rot if you don’t clean it every once in a while. Pick a sunny day, and take the time to clean your furniture with mild dish soap and warm water. Use a sponge to break up grime and a hose to rinse away any soap residue.
Protect fabric
To protect your fabric (upholstery or cushions), first, give it a good wash with mild dish soap and warm water. Once the fabric is completely dry, spray it with a fabric protector. Tip: Spray a small piece of fabric first to make sure the protector won’t discolor the furniture.

The product is just as described. However, we assembled one of the chairs and realized that it is smaller & less sturdy than we wanted for our rambunctious family. I promptly asked to return. The return fee was high and would be taken out of refund. The company was willing to send a return label but the items are large to have to take to UPS. Therefore, to save the company and us some difficulty the customer service rep, BEI, was AWESOME! The company offered me $30 to forego the return & keep the products. I felt this was not a fair amount. I appealed to BEI (customer rep) to inquire whether they could offer a bit more due to the $129.99 SHIPPING FEE (which I didn't see before I ordered assuming this was a PRIME product, but it is NOT...so BEWARE of SHIPPING FEE before you order from 3rd party company). BEI was super diligent in responding several times and negotiated 20% refund of purchase price only with a detailed explanation of the reason behind this offer (the company process, loss & shipping fees are out of their control). I decided since BEI worked so much to get this offer for me that I am keeping the product.* I will do a follow up to let others know IF these products hold up to the harsh Florida weather!*Thank you again, BEI, for all your hard work in helping your customers with kindness and diligence! KUDOS!UPDATE: LEFT the cushions on it during a rain storm by mistake! The foam filled cushions filled up with water & weigh a ton of weight. I had to try to squeeze out the excess water absorbed into the cushions & after a day out in hot sun, still not dry! These cushions are NOT ideal for Florida weather unless they are kept under an outdoor area that has a roof. Do NOT leave the cushions outside in the weather. They soak up all the rain water & probably will mold now. Not a good purchase!

Bought these chairs & within a year of barely being used they are cracked & unraveling. I have kept them out of any inclement weather or excessive sun. Not worth the $250 spent. Do not waste your money. Refused replacement

What we like: they look nice, the cushions are comfortable, the pocket to hold the cushions is a nice touch.What we don’t like: even at its highest recline, you’re still laying back about 45 degrees - wish there were at least 1 or 2 more rungs on this. The plastic rattan was loose in spots so I’d try to tuck it in and hide it. The hole to aligns the back rear of the lounger wasn’t drilled properly so I had to use a different bolt length because the original bolt wouldn’t go all the way down.

I ordered two of these chaise lounge chairs. When we received and assembled them one was missing the adjustment bar. I contacted the company and they shipped me a replacement chair very quickly. As for the chair itself, it’s nicely made and is very stylish. It’s actually a little bigger than I expected.
