I love that these are internally threaded- it makes them perfect for soft tissue piercings like lips and eyebrows because they don't tear up your skin while you're putting them in. I used them in my vertical snakebites. I've been wearing them for 5 months now and they haven't irritated my skin or caused any reactions. My only issue with them is that after a couple of months one of the stones fell out. I ordered these in a bunch of different colors and in a couple of the packages the stones were loose on arrival, so keep an eye out for that. They were easy to exchange though and most of them have held up really well. I'm actually really impressed with these considering they're pretty cheap/affordable.

For those of us that do not have a thick bottom lip, this is perfect. The 5/16th in. curved barbells are too long. The 1/4 in. (6mm) is absolutely perfect! I've bought both the purple and the white and both fit consistently. No irritation. Also like that they are internally threaded...makes for easy changing/removing. Stays put. I have gotten in the habit of giving them a twist every day, but never have I had a problem with it coming loose. I also LOVE that the 'balls' are not balls at all but flat-ish. Both ends lay flush with lip and the area just below my lip. Great product. Will purchase again 💜

Bought this for my rook piercing. The stones are colorful and it seems to be made well. I have been wearing it for a week Joe and nothing has come loose.

It's cute n was just the right length but the ends are soo tiny n the threading so small even my piercer had a time w it! My anti tragus was not happy! I finally went to use it, n a while later it came off in bed n lost one of the ends. So now unusable n cant do anything w what remains. I'd skip this piece.
