I'm not a doctor--nor do I play one on TV--but was curious what "scrubs" would be like. These pants aren't going to be your go-to choice for formal occasions (or shouldn't be). But if you're just looking for practical comfort they are good for that. The material is thin, but nice and stretches well, though the black fabric seems to pick up tiny light-colored lint pretty easily. All of the pockets are deep, and one of them zips closed.The biggest issue is that even on the very extra large size, you get a comically tiny button to hold it all together, along with a relatively cheap zipper. I wish I could say that this was the cheapest zipper I've seen, but it seems that zippers are an ever increasingly skimped-on aspect of most imported products. So it's kind of par for the course given my now-reduced expectations. Might try and replace the button with something more substantial, and expand the button hole a bit.The pants sit more at the hip line than at the regular waist line, and are fairly short in the crotch. They match the measurement numbers on the chart, but if you were going just by your size you should err on the side of larger.

Wow! That was my first impression when I took these scrub pants out of the package. These really feel like top quality. I wear scrubs every day that I work, which is almost as comfortable as wearing your pajamas to work, and a lot less embarrassing! There are multiple leg pockets as well as 2 front and 2 rear pockets, that’s a lot of pockets. There is a zipper fly which can be very convenient. I’m kind of funny about wearing clothing that hasn’t been laundered first, but these pants felt so soft and comfortable, that I wore them that day. I got the Large Long size, and will probably need to have the legs hemmed, about an inch or so, to keep them from dragging on the ground. I probably could have gotten by with the regular length, but another brand I use, they need to be the long length, just so they aren’t too short. I will definitely get some more of these pants as I need to replace some older pairs. One last thing. They launder very easily and don’t get too wrinkled right out of the dryer.
