The view is nice and clear when I look outside now. It's a huge improvement from what I used to have. Easy installation. I would recommend this product all day. Five stars for sure.

Not the best quality. Has a flimsy privacy cover which was easy to remove (I am not worried about people peeking in).The eyepiece has a slight haze and specs/dust on the inside of the glass at the bottom of the hollow tube. Tried blowing it out and using a qtip, but could not get it all out. Will not be using it.

Installed a new front door and needed a peep hole. This one was really easy to put in, make a hole and stuff it inside, it has wide point of view and clear image.

Needed a peep hole in our front door so my girlfriend would feel more comfortable answering the door to strangers. This very inexpensive peep hole was very easy to install. Drill the hole slightly larger than the outside diameter of the peep hole barrel. Place the lens on the outside exterior of the door and the viewer on the inside. Then you tighten the peep hole by screwing the two pieces together and you have a new portal to view the outside of your domicile entrance.

This door peep hole looks and feels well-made. Installed it on a new door and works as it should. Good clear image and a very wide fish angle that lets me see everything around the front of the door. The inside privacy lens cover is nice and tight and doesn’t swing around loosely. So far very happy with the quality of this peep hole.

This low-tech item works exactly as promised. I like the privacy cover and especially the "silver" color which matches my new stainless steeel door hardware MUCH better than the brass peephole which had been previously installed.Alas, my existing peephole is ever so slightly smaller than the diameter of this device, so I will have to break out a properly sized drillbit to expand the hole just a little. Should take a few minutes of work to achieve a completely matched aesthetic.

My brother is a security nut so when we replaced out front door he wanted something easy to cover. This works perfectly as it has the built in lens cover. Straight forward and easy to install.
