Nice looking cabinet. Very sturdy. Arrived in good shape, was well packaged. Drawers work smoothly and it locks nicely. For a medium cost unit, very happy with this one.

These file cabinets are absolutely perfect. Just the right size, easy to move around, study but not thick which is great- they say space. Very functional, drawer supports file folders, no bars needed. Provide for a clean and modern work space

Accidents happen, and that is exactly what happened after I purchased the cabinet. The keys somehow fell out of my pocket so I had to contact Cymax to determine what to do. I had tried web searches of both Cymax and Pemberly Row beforehand, because I would imagine losing keys is one of lifes' little annoyances, and either company would understand this, and offer guidance on what to do, on their websites. NOPE. While I did get contacted by a rep from Cymax, and she was nice enough, I feel that there are way too many hoops I have to jump through for a set of damn keys. I wound up having to pry the drawer open to get what I need, thus destroying the brand new cabinet.

It is a metal file cabinet, nothing special. The drawers open and close smoothly. It is on wheels and rolls nicely.
