I ordered 2. One for me and one as a gift. Both are not good. The one I ordered for myself looks like they assembled it backwards. The side that you read is very cloudy, the other side is clearer but then the letters are backwards, so you can't use it. The one that was a gift. I can't give it. The name is wrong. First letter should be a B but looks like a K. Venders excuse is that it is the type of font they use. But in their sample there is a capital B and it looks like it should not what I received. Very dissapointed.

This is cheap. Don’t get it. I ordered it because the other custom one we ordered got lost and we needed something for Christmas this year. It just looked terrible. In the photos on here, it looks nice, but when it arrived, it looked like it was printed on a printer that was low on toner. Faded and just really blah. I’m super sad that 2023 was a bad ornament for my dog, but we’ll make up for it next year.
