I ordered one each for my 2 granddaughters. Mia’s was spelled correctly but Iyla’s (iyla) was spelled as Lyla. I got in touch with customer service, explained the problem, sent the photo of the misspelled one. They even asked “can you confirm that the first letter is a capital i “ I said yes and they apologized for the mistake and sent me a new one with the correct spelling. I opened it up and I said to myself you can’t make this up! It was spelled Lyla again!! I am so annoyed because even if they decide to answer my complaint and reissue another, chances are it’ll never be here for Christmas. I will never order from this company again. I gave it a star only because it wouldn’t let me keep it at zero stars!

Each year I buy my children Christmas ornaments to commemorate the year. I've bought from Things Remembered and Personalization Mall for 12 years and seem to already have every style they make. Everything looked the same this year and no new styles were being presented. Then I stumbled upon these handblown and personalized ornaments and WOW! They're just beautiful and my kids said they're their favorite ones so far. I highly recommend these!
