This item arrives in a box that says it is for cleaning windows. Using it to clean pet hair is just a side use that it really wasn't designed for. It can clean pet hair a little bit, but the effort it takes to use this to remove pet hair is not really worth the effort, in my opinion.If you use this to pick up pet hair, you then have to either spend just as much time getting the hair off the end of the device or use the included mini-brush to get hair off the end of the device and spend time getting the hair out of the brush. If you are only removing hair once in a while, such as a person who only visits people with pets would need, it may be worth the effort, but if you have pets I don't see how using this to deal with pet hair would be feasible.

This is a very useful tool to remove dog and cat hair from carpets, sofas, chair, etc. You have to push one way continuously until all the hair is moved to one side and not pull because this will put back the hair which it just removed. Other than that, it is a great tool. It also has a squeegee on one side, if you need to clean windows or any metallic or glass surfaces. You can attach pieces to make it long or short. It also comes with a smaller brush with which you can removed hair from your clothes, etc.I highly recommend this tool.

This wasn't perfect. And you definitely have to pull the hair remover tool in just one direction, because even though it looks like the hair-trapping head is dual-sided, it put the hair right back onto my couch cushion if I tried to push the tool back the other way on the second swipe. It works okay as long as you remember that bit, and don't expect it to get all of the hair up on your first (or second) swipe across the cushions. The only thing is, I haven't quite figured out how to clean the hair remover part once it's covered in dog hair. The only thing I've found that works for cleaning the hair off it so far is trying to swipe it in the "wrong" direction across the couch cushion. Then, it deposits the hair back onto the couch...which takes it off the removal tool, but not in the way I want it to! So I've only used it once so far, and now it's sitting, covered in dog hair, next to my couch. I didn't see any instructions in the package, so I'm feeling a bit dumb because I haven't figured it out and I feel like it should be pretty simple... maybe?

The only reason I gave this four instead of five stars is that there's one surface that doesn't seem to accomplish anything. But one surface works great, exactly like a quality lint brush (not the ineffective sticky rollers.) And the rubber edge that looks like a glass cleaner works well on the carpet surface for collecting fur. Overall a great product.

It worked for me in car and in the house. Removed hair and pretty easy to wash out of the brush.

Hair removal tool comes in box stating it is a window cleaner. I did not try it on any windows. A squeegee is attached to the end. I used it on my couch and dining room chairs and it does remove the hair very well. The little brush is the same material used to clean the hair off of the big brush. Or it can be used in small areas. Then you can either push hair off the little brush with hand, or rice it with water. I do not want the hair in my sink, so I used my hand. Did try the water just to see, and it did rinse off.The blue brush with the black bristles is listed on the box for cleaning faucets and other hard to reach places. It is just a big toothbrush in my opinion. It clicks onto the top of the tool, but does not stay attached very well, and the bristles get stuck and bent.Easy to hold handle you have to put together. The pieces just click together and then they stay tight.With a dog and 2 cats, this will be used a lot.Works better than the sticky lint rollers.
