The large shampoo bottle did come nicely packaged and protected with a thick cardboard box. There were no liquid that leaked from the bottle. However, even if it did, I felt the packaging was very sufficient to minimize any potential damage. The shampoo itself smells very nice and is not harsh like others I've tried. It does also have conditioner. It did leave my dog's fur both soft and smooth after using. It lathers up very well and the scent is very minimal after use.

I really like this 2 in 1 combination dog shampoo. It made a difference for my hands. After bathing my fur baby, my hands felt soft and hydrated so I’m pretty sure it did the same for her skin as well. This product comes in a pump bottle which made my job easier. I like that there is no strong scent. It’s also vet approved and hypoallergenic. After I used it, my dog smelled fresh and clean.

I have a dog that suffers from severe allergies and his skin tends to dry out even after using shampoos and certain conditioners. I was happy to see that this shampoo and conditioner combo didn't dry him out and helped with not only soothing his irritable skin, but kept him decently moisturized. I definitely think that this product does what it is advertised to do. It provides a good relief from hot spots for a little bit and keeps him feeling soft and the moisturizing helps keep his skin from getting dry and flaky while bathing. I do like to use another shampoo as I like the extra deodorizing, but this is a perfect stand alone 2 in 1 or conditioner as I use it.

I have an older Chihuahua who isn’t a fan of baths. This soap is on the thicker side, but it lathered on so well, and what I like is that there is no strong scent. Overall, I was impressed. I’ve tried multiple shampoos for my dog, and this one has been my favorite so far.

It's nice to upgrade to a quality shampoo for my dog with this shampoo. I like how gentle it is and subtle yet pleasant the scent is. I have other shampoos where the scent is not very good and gives off a clean showered puppy smell. With this shampoo, my dog looks and smells so clean. It is a bit harder to get a good lather going but it hasn't been an issue. I just pump some more and I get the bubbles that I need. I'm glad I found this shampoo and would probably continue purchasing this for my dog. Highly recommend!

OVERALL: Big bottle, and little goes a long way, even with big dogs. Light scent, high quality skin care ingredients and free of the main “avoid” ingredients in skin/hair care. Leaves the coat soft and silky. It’s Korean skin care for your pet at a surprisingly low price.SHIPPING: This arrived with a slight leak. It didn’t soak the product box or escape that, so not too bad. Tape on the neck of the bottle would fix what seems to be a common problem.CONSISTENCY: It is very thick, almost like a shower gel. If you put a bit water in your hand with the soap, it helps spread it around better. Or you can do a quick bit of water on the area after you put the soap. If you don’t do something like this, you will be frustrated how much you need to use and how little it seems to spread. This applies to all shampoos and soaps that are very thick.LATHER/USE: This lathers up well, and the scent is very light. I didn’t have to use much to wash my Lab, and he didn’t seem to mind it at all.QUALITLY: Korean skincare is highly regarded, so I was excited to try something similar for my dogs. I like that it has the 3 ceramides and 3 hyaluronic acids, which are ingredients I’ve seen in expensive human skin care products. It also is free of the main ingredients to avoid in human skin/hair care: sulphate, parabens, phthalate, and dyes.COST: 20$ might seem like a lot at first, but this is a big bottle and you use very little. It is not that more expensive, or even the same price as some of the much lower quality shampoos in the box stores (which are far runnier so you are paying for more water). It actually is a great value for what it is.
