After looking for some considerable time at various Salt and Pepper Mills, I bought this via Amazon in October, by January the grind setting section had cracked. I thought as I had purchased via Amazon there would be no issues with returning a defective product especially as product is meant to have a 5 year warranty. I read a few reviews that indicated there may be some quality issues, they were right.After a month of purchase you are unable to return via Amazon (far enough but not clearly explained) and need to contact the seller direct. Unfortunately although the seller is UK based there is no UK contact number, everything is done via form submission online.Response times to requests are are slow, if you get a response at all. Despite this I would have to say the product is nicely made and works well just let down by the retailer and it would seem the manufactures guarantee isn't a guarantee at all. You would think with a 5 year warranty either a replacement item or part could be sent within a week or so of receiving the request, I am still waiting. Very disappointed.

I’ve been through numerous battery operated grinders for salt and pepper, so I figured I’d go back to manual. This one definitely grinds more efficiently, but still not perfect…however, I am much happier with the options available out there. I was thinking of getting the bigger one. On This smaller one, sometimes if you don’t grip it in the middle, you wind up changing the grind size. But like I said, much better than the electronic ones I’ve used

The salt chamber is too small in diameter for the rock salt I can find. The size that is available to me is large enough that it jams once every filling. I know I've seen salt the right size that was dyed and flavored and very special I'm sure but it was in some trendy store and I don't see me and there together again.

Le pongo cinco estrellas porque el molinillo es de buena calidad. A Amazon le pongo una porque veo que lleva quejandose la gente desde 2014 de que le llega el molinillo de sal y en 2021 sigue ocurriendo lo mismo. Lo he comprado pensando que era el de pimienta y me ha llegado el de sal, evidentemente lo he devuelto.Señores de Amazon, ¿no sería más facil para todos que los anuncios tuvieran la descripción, modelo y fotos bien explicado? Muchas veces hay que hacer verdaderas virguerias para encontrar lo que buscas.

I bought the Peugeot Paris salt and pepper mills because my old pepper mill had stopped working, and I wanted a matching set. It wasn't until these arrived that I understood how bad my old set was. My salt and pepper are now ground perfectly to just the grain size I like, and the mills look beautiful on my table. I highly recommend Peugeot Paris mills.

Well, after less than 3 months it failed. Worked great at first, then it slowly started to grind less and less. Now it won't adjust and as much as I turn the dial it won't grind anything at all. I finally took it apart as much as I could and the grinding wheel won't go up or down. It's stuck and won't grind a thing. I guess I got a bad one and of course the return window is closed. Oh well.... *&%^ happens.

OMG - POS, wow- 5 grind positions and none work. I am absolutly blown away, when I searhed for pepper mills this popped up, ratings were huge so I bought. When I sae tge "S" I was worried then I say a magic market on the wood. Someone else returned it. Will file for a return-Two-stage pepper mechanism - first cracks then grinds peppercorns - ensures the most flavor and aroma is released from the pepper
