It has been installed for about 3 weeks. The rim bent on the first dunk 8 minutes after we installed it. Turns out the rim is lightweight and hollow. The metal support beams appear to be rusting already. In general it is of poor construction quality.2 stars was granted because they did replace my rim upon being contacted. Otherwise the purchase is a disappointment.

This is not a well built product. When I installed it a flag went off in my head because the rim is hollow not a solid piece of metal. Four months of play and the welds on the rim failed. The hollow rim broke on both sides where it is welded to the connecting bracket. the backboard itself is starting to seperate at one of the corners. I have owned a lot of hoops over the years and have never had one fail so quickly. No one was dunking or doing anything out of normal use, Its not durable. The worst part is these goals are not easy to install. It was a lot of work for only a few months use.

I waited a few months before posting my review. So far the hoop is really good, and durable. We hooked it up to our garage without a problem. My only issue is that the product description should be more clear on the colors of the product. In the product’s picture, it appears to have a clear back board and an orange rim. However, we got a cloudy colored backboard with a black rim, which I didn’t mind the black rim, however, I got the impression that it would be a clear backboard. Buyers just be aware before buying

I put this up at our store for an extracurricular activity after work for staff the crazy thing is it builder up so much moral even brought the competing store to come and challenge us but nah since we are urban the bosses insist on having it removed and said screw boosting moral o well lol this thing is perfect for whatever

I mounted outside of my garage door. A few days later a strong gust of wind blew down my neighbors stand-alone basketball hoop but of course mine remained all intact. So far no complaints
