this is my favorite go to morning tea. I have always used the pyramid style bags because they taste completely different than the teabag styleI searched high and low and thought I found a supplier for the pyramid style originalThat is not at all what I received. Very disappointed, losing four stars for false advertising.

My husband and I have been enjoying PG tips for several years now. I just received this box of 160, which expires in 6/25. They have so much dried tea all over them, which doesn’t brush off. Not blaming Amazon. They have been sitting around for quite sometime, God knows where. They just look distasteful, and offering them to a guest would be embarrassing.

Yes...the tea tastes the same but I DO like brewing with pyramid tea bags. This is what they say they are...but they are flat. Pyramid is much easier to grab ahold of and doesn't break as easily when I'm swishing it around with plastic tongs to make sure i have it all brewed. It does still make a pot of tea with one bag tho.But they need to take the word "Pyramid" out of the heading. And yes...this box was damaged too.

PGTips makes tea as only the English can do! My husband drinks the regular and I drink the decaf. Other teas simply can't come up to the quality of these teas. My husband is from England and is very picky about his tea. I'm from the US and now feel the same way. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for PGTips Decaf to arrive, but it's worth the wait. Better outer packaging would help prevent inner box being crushed in transit. Love the tea!

This is the best black tea ever! It was recommended to me by 3 different friends in the UK and they were right! So smooth and full of flavor. Not bitter at all. We now order it in the 240 bag box! So economical, too! Takes about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to arrive but the shipping is free so no worries!
