These are great for finishing necklaces, and for bead woven earrings. I use them at the top of earrings to attach the ear wires.

I got this because i kept running out of these when I would make my jewelry and my hubby insisted that I find a decent quantity when i bought more, so this fit the bill perfectly! I love that it has a variety of colors to choose from, it makes for a perfect finishing touch to my handmade pieces! I HIGHLY Recommend this to all jewelry makers!

These Guardian wire cable protectors āUā shape, are necessary in jewelry making. They come in colors that match the item that is being made.

Bought this set to make earrings with. The packaging was fine when I got it; the pieces were neatly packed in their respective slots. Unfortunately, the metal itself has already proven to be less than durable. I wasn't even done with making my first earring when I realized the brilliant gold surface of the "Golden" wire guard I was using had been completely rubbed off just from my handling of the earring. The distinctly yellow-gold shine is now what looks like its natural dull brass. I'm disappointed that after all this work, it won't match the design I had intended to make. At least so far it hasn't snapped or broken yet.

The wire guardians aren't the absolute best quality that I've ever gotten. The price is really great though, for the variety of colors and sheer number of wire guards that are included. They work pretty well putting them on, but you can't even notice any difference in quality once the piece is made.
