The PHI VILLA stackable wrought iron patio chairs are beautiful, sturdy, and compliment our front porch wonderfully! They were extremely easy to put together (about 10 minutes for each chair) and carrying them to the porch was a breeze...not heavy or bulky at all. The key when putting the chairs together is to only tighten down the bolts once the chairs are fully assembled. Here in the near future, I will definitely be buying two (2) more. This is a great buy for deck, porch, or patio chairs!

I got these for my 96-year-old father's patio, and he loves them. They're sturdy and comfortable. They were easy for my husband and me to put together (one person could assemble alone, but it's helpful to have a second pair of hands to hold things steady). Came well-packaged, in good condition.

I'm setting up a bedroom and living room for my darling wife, and she's no longer terribly strong. The flooring in her place is quite nice, not rolled sheets of whatever plastic is sold as linoleum nowadays. With a comfy chair already beside the bed, I bought 4 of these and added rocking chair cushions to one and plain, ordinary cushions to the others so visitors can sit with her and watch television (and a second chair in the bedroom, behind one more door, so she won't be always dragging one back and forth from the living room. These met every condition for what I needed, except they definitely need the cushions if you're going to sit for a while although the innate steel bottom slats and the crossweave back support are quite nice by themselves if either: you aren't 60+ (I'm 72 and spoiled, I'd say) or aren't spending an entire afternoon in them. Not sure how they'd do long-term outside, but the chairs I have had in the back yard (also steel) have held up for years of use, so far. Outdoors, the cushions weather poorly so take any cushions in if you want them to last. -tc

So the chairs are nice and comfortable, but I have had them 2 1/2 months and one of the welds holding the seat and arm rest together completely broke. There is also rust coming from where the bolts attached other parts but I could deal with that. I bought the extended warranty for the items and I tried filing a claim and they tell me that it's still under manufacturers warranty for one year. Well low and behold the website and the phone number that they have for them goes nowhere. The website goes to a domain that is for sale and the phone number goes straight to a voicemail box that is completely full. I hope to have someone reach out to me to correct this issue. But buyers beware.

We have been looking to add two more chairs to an existing dining set and these were a close match to what we already had. The box came quickly (faster then quoted). We had a small hiccup with one of the seats being bent in a way that prevented us from putting together one of the chairs. I reached out to their team and they quickly sent a replacement with some extra hardware and we were back on track. All in all we had two sturdy chairs, that were easy to assemble by the time they were orginally quoted for delivery, even with our small hiccup. Based on ease of working with their customer service department and the quality of the chairs, I would definitely buy from them again.

EXPECTATIONS:These are lightweight metal outdoor chairs.QUALITY:They are sturdy. I have no concerns about them being able to take weight or stand up to use. They are shipped disassembled. Putting them together was not difficult. Some people have mentioned things not lining up, but I didn't have that problem. One trick is to attach the parts loosely first, then tighten once things are all lined up.APPEARANCE:I like the simple look and style of the black metal. I'd rather have the choice to add a colorful cushion that suits my patio design, which is what I did.COMFORT:The chair is fine for having a flat metal slatted seat. I purchased a seat cushions which totally makes it comfy for me.TEST OF TIME:I've had them for a few months and keep them outdoors all the time. I can just now see tiny little rust spots at some of the metal edges where the original paint didn't quite cover. It's not terrible, but I would expect to have to spray paint them in a few years, we'll see. If you took them inside out of the rain, or keep them under cover I expect that wouldn't happen.
