Generally speaking the set is as advertised. Looks very nice with decent quality. The plastic wood was somewhat disappointing, but I was most disappointed with the amount of stuffing in the pillows. Very minimal and I not very comfortable. I am going to have to buy stuffing to fill them out. Also, make sure you have a socket wrench and socket driver with a hex piece unless you want to be assembling furniture for hour upon frustrating hour.

I’ve assembled two gas grills and many other pieces of furniture, but this was hands-down the most frustrating assembly experience I have ever had. The instructions were not complicated, but doing what was required was very difficult. Getting holes to line up was a pain and once you do that getting the many Allen wrench screws to thread in was very hard. This was especially true for the long screws that attach the arm rests to the chairs. I stripped one trying to get it in. Also, unlike most furniture, the legs don’t screw in to the chairs. You have to attach them by threading a nut and washer over the screw in the middle of each leg. Doing that with the flimsy wrench they provide is very difficult. Fortunately I was able to use my ratchet wrench with a 1/2 inch socket for this task, greatly simplifying it.After struggling with the sofa section, I discovered that the wooden armrest was broken off the side piece and one of the sofa bases was badly bent. I then tried to call the help number, but it is always busy. I then tried to use their online support method, but received no response. Finally I contacted Amazon, but I was informed I have to return the sofa in its box for a refund. This will require taking it all apart and hauling it somewhere.Even if it would have gone together without broken parts, all you get for your effort is cheap Chinese plastic furniture. Don’t buy this.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I figured I could help the next person make this decision since I was a little skeptical of buying this furniture given the price. I’m SO glad I did. My husband and I put together the half moon 9 piece set in about 4 hours. Some parts were a bit difficult to get right, but we ended up getting it done, and now we have this gorgeous furniture on our patio! I will say, it’s a lot easier with a ratchet instead of the little wrench they give you, so just keep that in mind. Otherwise, this was perfect. Go ahead and hit the buy button, you won’t regret it!

I am absolutely grateful! 🙏🏿. Good product. Very sturdy. Takes a long time to put together. A very long time , but worth every single minute. You'll need lots of patience. Caution, the labeling was awful, which added to the time to complete the installation. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the product. Looks amazing too!
