Refrigerator came damaged and the exchange was also faulty however I am certain this is down to Amazon and not the seller. Amazon are notorious for being un-professional however The Seller is professional and i can not fault them.

2024年12月に購入しすぐは問題なかったのですが2ヶ月くらいして小さい方の庫内温度が安定しなくなりました。症状としては-18℃に設定していても-18℃〜+5℃くらいを1日の中で変動しているような感じです。室内利用で保冷剤を凍らせるのに使用している程度であまり開閉もしていない状態でしたが小さい方の庫内では保冷剤が凍らなくなってしまい困っております。何か使い方が良くないのか耐久性に難ありなのか…

I’ve had this for over 6 months and it works great. The settings are not accurate, I keep it at -8 degrees because I found my milk to expire before expiration date on all other settings which took me a few months to realize. Ice cream does not stay frozen, it keeps at a whip cream consistency at -8 which is the lowest setting. Liquids don’t freeze. I still think it’s a great value considering I live out of my truck and off road in the mountains and this thing still works.

So far an affordable fridge. Excellent customer service. A little heavy but workable. The 120v adapter is a must to have. In overall very good and well made fridge.

It has 2 compartments, either can be set at individual temperature to keep items cold or frozen. It’s not noisy. We’re so thankful to have purchased it. We use it in our RV or van but can be plugged in anywhere. It was a smart purchase for us, we always have enough space for our food to be kept cold. Great quality!

As a truck driver it sits in my front seat it's pretty bumpy. It didn't last even 2 months. Motor went out thermostat went out. Update excellent customer service. Not only did they replace the bad unit with a brand new one. And didn't even want the old one back. They refunded me my whole purchase price from Amazon of about $400. Doesn't get any better than that! But as a side note I did a little research and there's at least three other companies selling the same exact cooler for half the price labeled under a different brand name. Don't know what that's about? But satisfied with the outcome. Customer service I received a loan is worth paying the extra price! And when it does work it works amazing absolutely amazing. Gets cold very quick and maintains temperature very well. Update 5 months later still working perfectly!

So I’ve left this plugged in and running for two weeks now. I checked it each time I went start the car and it was maintaining temp. To start off I had it empty (this makes refrigerators work the hardest as there isn’t cold stuff inside to help hold temp) for a week… never drained the car battery (which is not charged while the car is off). I was on the fence about buying a refrigerator with a built in battery, but glad I went with this. Without a battery it’s the perfect size in terms of maximizing storage space for how much room it needs in my trunk… just right for 3-4 days out in the elements with no need to bring dried food packs or pre made stuff. Love the flexibility to set temperature to cold or freeze between the compartments depending on what I need. Good name brand to boot.

Unboxed yesterday. Waited 24 hours to turn on. Unable to read instructions without taking a photo with my phone and enlarging. Not intuitive, yet rather tricky to change settings. Ran well, cooled quickly with an average wattage draw of about 40w from my VTOMAN solar generator. Goes into automatic screen lock mode 30 seconds after no activity. Control panel did not respond to unlock mechanism. In order to unlock to change settings, had to turn the unit off. OFF button did not work and I tried many times in many ways. Had to unplug to turn off. Not worth the hassle for the money. Apparently a control panel defect. Returned unit and awaiting a refund. Will update when I receive it.UPDATE: Philips was quick to respond. Not only did they refund my purchase price, but sent me a new unit free of charge for my trouble. The new unit works well with none of the previous issues. I must say their customer service is tremendous! For that reason alone I would recommend this product! To know you have support when things go wrong is hard to find theses days. So thanks to them for going over and above! I am now a loyal customer and will recommend this unit to my friends.

I ordered the 48Q version for over-landing trips in my 4WD 4Runner and was suitable impressed with the performance. Cools down very rapidly and this is probably the smallest portable electric icebox I've seen that support dual cooling zones which is sweet! In a word... it performs very well. Only complaint would be the physical interface and the LCD. The LCD is very hard to read in sunlight and you have to use those typical hold/two-push type moves to access many of the setup options. It was complicated enough that I ended up typing up a summary of the operation instructions and then securely taping them to the icebox for reference. One note, the interface locks the icebox from further changes after about 30 seconds for safety reasons. You'll have to do an unlock to then make further changes. Other than the slightly complex interface, this is one heck of an icebox for the price. Philips is new to this type of product but, IMHO, they hit it out of the ballpark on their first try. Recommended.

I purchased the product and used it gently. The controls were difficult to get to work properly/ temperature set. Once the two zone temps were set, it endured no bumps and quite stable conditions. In a few weeks, it lost temperature and wouldn't work/achieve and keep temperature. All my food was spoiled. The return was easy and free, but I'm still out my $100 worth of food. My takeaway is that it's hard to set-up, very overpriced, and unreliable. Find another alternative. I do not recommend this product.

冷蔵、冷凍と庫室を切り替えられるのがとても便利ですし冷えも心配なく良好です。配送中に出来たのか？蓋に小さな凹みがありました。使用していれば出来る様な傷なので我が家では気になりませんでした。良い商品で自作キャンピングカーで重宝しています。

An und für sich ein tolles Gerät, in 15 min von Zimmertemperatur auf 0 Grad, allerdings musste ich 2 Geräte zurückschicken, da Gerät Nr. 1 ein helles, nerviges Geräusch bei Aktivierung des Kompressors abgab. Laut längerem Kundenservicekontakt wurde mir bestätigt, dass dieses Geräusch nicht bei jedem Gerät auftreten würde.Erleichtert ein neues Produkt bestellt - mit dem Ergebnis: Pfeifendes, helles Geräusch ist wieder vorhanden. Zudem klappert beim Einschalten des Gerätes die zu dünne Wand mit den Luftlöchern beim Kompressor.Fazit: Ein Kundenservice der zwar nett ist nützt mir nichts, wenn dieser keine Ahnung von ihren Produkten hat und meiner Meinung nach eine Fehlkonstruktion der zu dünnen und unstabilen Außenwand auf Höhe des Kompressors- für mich unbrauchbar, da ich in der Nähe des Gerätes outdoor übernachten will.Wer das Gerät in einem abgeschirmten Nebenraum nutzen will, würde ich die Kühlbox bedingt empfehlen.
