By pushing water from the bottom upward through a dispersion plate, it forces an even distribution of water through the media, and prevents channeling. Exactly what I have been hunting for. The o-ring was leaking and I couldn't find just the o-ring anywhere. Would definitely recommend both the product and the seller. Package came 5 days earlier than promised.

It gets 5 stars because it worked well and stopped my reactor from leaking. I usually try to write more in-depth reviews but there's not much more to say about this. Black, rubber, correct size for 150 reactor and seems just as good as the original one.

it works... not sure what else i could say about it..Wish they would give you a couple extra with the tlf 150 reactor.
