The box was broken when we opened it. The piece can’t slide because the edges that hold it closed are broken off.

Item arrived badly damaged due to how it was packaged for shipping. No protection whatsoever, just a thin shipping bag overwrap. The box literally fell apart when I took it out of the package. Requested a replacement through Amazon returns and it was shipped the same way.The box itself is poorly constructed. The replacement came intact but had a hairline crack in the exact same place as the first one, making me believe it's a construction defect that gets magnified with poor packaging. The logo on the glasses was not super clear and the coasters are just thin pieces of plain cork.I'm still giving three stars as the recipient of the gift was very excited to receive the item. The logo on the box is well done and at first glance the item looks quite nice. Just don't look too close at all the defects! For the price, I expected something of better quality.

Returned for a replacement and received the same terribly quality. Do NOT order this product! NFL should pull their license for this. Bubbles in the glass and the etching is horrible.
