My daughter is in taekwando and she uses this from time to time in class. It is easy to strap on from the back too. I had a different one prior and it was complicated, this one is not. It is thick and protects great during the kicking practices.

Seems like a nice quality. I bought 2 for both of my kids. They have used them once or twice a week since the beginning of October. Unfortunately the straps and loops aren't that great and my daughters started falling apart a few months ago. I wish life wasn't so busy, as I probably could have returned it since it happened before my "end of return" date. I will go with a different style next time.

Product is nice. It has 3 loops per side on the back allowing for a nice tight fit and it has ample protection. I had an issue with mine and to say the customer service was great would an understatement. I emailed them with the issue at 11 pm. They responded back the following morning at 5am with an apology and to let me know they sent a replacement out. Definitely recommend these guys.

Good padding and construction, have yet to use in actual sparring but these are comfortable for an average (5'8 plus or minus 4 inches) man to use to protect themselves while training mma and practicing landing punishing martial arts kicks. I would also recommend this as a tool to use for boxers or any combat sports athlete. Strap this on a good friend and practice your kicks and body strikes.

We hit like horses kick in my dojo, and my guys are glades I brought these in. These vests do the job vurtialy no brushing under them but wont stop the soarness the next morning. Lots better than before we had them. Lol.

These were surprisingly high quality for the price! Don't know how long the stitching in the loop holes' seams will last but I'll try to update my post after our school has used them for a long time. At the moment, I am very pleased and my husband, the sensei, was very excited. The small sizes are actually small enough for skinny adults and the medium size was perfect for typical male adults. Overall I am very happy and I would recommend this product to anyone!
