Bought many of these over a number of years from a lot of vendors. These are the first truly “pin spots” I have seen. Although the spot is not round but square, it is very bright and small, smaller than a foot at over 10 feet, it’s exactly what is needed for a mirror ball application.Many others are also sold as useful for mirror balls, but even at a short distance of several feet the beam is very big, complained about by many. Unfortunately for my use, I need the larger beam at a short distance, and I will have to return them while I try to find ones more similar to what I have purchased in the past.Again, very good value and easy to use, bright, with a small beam.

They are amazing and they could provide a beam of light from way farther away, but you need to make sure that your ball is bigger than 8 inches if you’re more than than about 12 feet away

I'd say at around 6' it casts about an 8" circle, which is pretty tight. Case is plastic and overall the build is cheap, but they're also not $60-$150 each. They seem to work OK. The seem to run fairly cool and they are bright enough that I probably wouldn't challenge their advertised 5w power. However, I have no way to test. Also, I cannot speak to the longevity and I'm assuming they're safely made in China. Still for me, For the price and performance these are quite good enough.

A rarity for the lights I've purchased here. It is truly a pinspot, and it truly is 5 watts. Most other listings for similar items are not pinspots, just spots. And they often grossly exaggerate the wattage, up to 10x.

These are maybe a little wider than I would prefer, but for the money they worked great for a birthday part and lighting a disco ball. Zero complaints.
