The new one is not functional. The strap at the calf muscle is barely long enough to get around. The Velcro is actually against skin instead of the material. If it had been the same size as my old one, I would love it!

I use it most nights. It's sometimes irritating but my foot feels better each morning when I use it.

This brace has defenetily help ease the pain. I just wish the straps that go around tge ankle and calf area were longer.

I have been wearing this brace 6-8 hours a day since early Feb. It has improved my symptoms...after I modified the straps. The Velcro was not nearly strong enough to stabilize my foot angle without letting go. I cut off the straps (3) coming from the top calf band going to the top of my toes and the right and left sides of my foot. I placed a cord between the toe fitting and the calf band that I could tie off for the right angle. Then I bought a strip of high quality Velcro 1" wide and wrapped it over the original straps for a very snug fit. It has helped but I spent a week or so doing trial and error that should not ha e been necessary.
