Good option- especially during the winter when using a blanket. My PF loves to flare up in the winter because I use a heavy blanket. This has been helpful with keeping my foot from bending awkwardly at night and aggravating it. I don't usually wear it the whole night, I just put it on when I wake up halfway through the night.

I've had problems with plantar fasciitis on and off for nearly a decade. I had a big boot type brace, but it was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep in it for more than a few hours. The socks and bands help somewhere, but not enough when I'm really suffering. This is a great alternative. A lot more stretch than the socks, and not as clunky as the boot, but with a lot of stabilization. The velcro holds really well and you can adjust it for what stretch you need. I was worried about it not holding, but that wasn't a problem. It was a little tricky to figure out at first, but once you do its really easy to put it on the second time.

I've been using the Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint for a little while now, and I’m liking it so far. The design is comfortable, and the three adjustable straps make it easy to customize the fit, which is great for both women and men. I’ve noticed an improvement in my foot pain, especially with my Plantar Fasciitis. The splint does a great job of providing gentle stretch and relief throughout the night. The pink color is a fun touch, too! Overall, it’s been a great addition to my recovery routine, and I feel more comfortable when I wake up in the morning. Highly recommend it!

I was skeptical of this, but it has been functioning perfectly for what it does. I developed foot pain a few months ago and stretches were one of the recommended and this, among other items has been helping a lot. Overall I think this product is good quality and easy to use.It looked complicated at first, but after looking at the instructions and opening it up from how it was shipped, it was easy to put on and it's very adjustable for your exact fit with multiple velcro attachment points (might be too small for those with particularly wide calfs). The metal splint is pretty sturdy but still bendable for you to design the bend you want in your stretch, and then you can adjust a strap accordingly to match that (or tighten it further at that point if you'd like). I've been wearing it for half-hour periods while watching TV and it's not uncomfortable at all, and I can walk with it if needed (walking without taking it off is uncomfortable, but once it's removed there's no lingering sensation for me). The build quality is good in my opinion; I do not expect any stitching to rip or come loose over time.

I've been using identical braces to this one for a couple months on and off on both feet, and I picked this up as a replacement. So, when it stays on, and when it doesn't cause random pain in the middle of the night, it's good. Comfortable enough to wear. But, eventually with some weeks of use, the velcro sticks a bit less making it prone to come off as you move in bed. Also, randomly, some nights it just hurts, usually on the side of my foot where the wrap near the toes is. (It's pain unrelated to my condition, it's just new pain from the brace). I don't feel like its too tight when I put it on. This doesn't happen every night, so I'm not sure what causes it - maybe just the way it leans against my foot when I'm on my side, but it goes away immediately when I remove it and go back to bed.I've not tried other braces, so I can't stay how this compares. I do still use them, and I just deal with it the nights they bother me. I just wish they stayed on better. I may need to sew on new velcro.

This foot brace is well made and sturdy, and gives a nice (and fairly aggressive if you need it) stretch. It's easy to put on and surprisingly comfortable to wear. The only issue I had with it is that the strap that goes around the ankle/lower calf is a little on the short side. If you have thicker calves, it might be a bit small.

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis in my left foot for the past couple months. In addition to stretching exercises, I’m hoping this splint will help provide some relief. To fit it to your foot, you first must adjust a hidden soft aluminum strap inside the fabric that runs over the instep. This strap provides much of the splint’s support and needs to be bent to the proper angle for your foot. The manual recommends an 85-degree angle. Be careful not to make the bend too sharp but go for a more gradual arc or it’ll press uncomfortably into your instep.Initially, figuring out the straps and how to properly fit the splint can be a bit confusing, but once adjusted, they offer both strong support and good adjustability. An additional thick soft pad is included that goes between the splint and the instep for extra cushioning. This is good but I added an extra ¼-inch piece of foam for a bit more comfort. Now that I’ve gotten everything adjusted, I find the splint to be reasonably comfortable. Unlike some other splints, this one doesn’t include a way to pull the toes back for additional stretching, which is ok by me. I’ve been wearing it to bed, but about halfway through the night, it does become uncomfortable and I have to take it off. The manual mentions that this is common and that it takes a while to get used to.This is actually the third splint I’ve tried and the others were too uncomfortable to use for long. I’ve been using this one for a week; it’s not perfect but so far I like it.
