I can't recommend this Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint enough! As someone who’s dealt with persistent heel pain from plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis, this product has been a total game-changer for me. This night splint is useless. The support is almost nil. It's supposed to keep the foot neutral or slightly dorsiflexion, help stretch the plantar fascia, but when I put it on, I don't feel any support at all, just like I don't.

This product should not be tight enough to hurt the feet, affect the blood circulation, is loose and can not play a fixed role, junk products.

Super happy with this product. I sweat a lot and it was very breathable, provided a lot of pain relief, and the quality was good as well. It fit very well due to the adjustable straps and never felt too big or small. My chiropractor tried to sell me one in his office, but this one was 1/10 of the price and just as good! I highly recommend everyone get one of these if you are struggling with foot pain and want to avoid costly dr visits.

The adjustable straps allowed me to achieve a fit that was neither too tight nor too loose, which was something that I noticed. Because it is meant to maintain my foot in a slightly flexed posture, it helps stretch the plantar fascia, which in turn reduces the pain that I experience first thing in the morning. It is my opinion that this moderate stretch is essential since it helps to reduce the shock that I experience when I abruptly place weight on my foot after being inactive for many hours. In addition, the additional padding around the ankle and the arch support provided me with a feeling of stability that I was not aware I needed all along. On the other hand, I had a poor experience with the top strap at first since I had tightened it too far. I became aware that my toes were experiencing a little numbness when I awoke in the middle of the night. However, after making more careful adjustments to the strap, I was able to find a regulated snugness that provided a gentle and steady stretch without obstructing circulation. Despite the fact that the directions are easy to understand, I still suggest trying out a variety of modifications in order to achieve the degree of comfort that is ideal for your specific foot shape and condition.

My wife recently developed Plantar Fasciitis in her right foot and tried PT and acupuncture with not much relief. Her physical therapist recommended trying a night splint. She was skeptical but gave it a try. After using this splint for about a week for about 4 hours a day/night there was a noticeable improvement in her foot! It was difficult wearing this overnight, as it gets very uncomfortable, so my wife wears it in the evening while watching TV or while working on the computer. The splint is fairly easy to put on and take off. It has an adjustable strap in the front to tighten and loosen the bend in your foot. It's definitely worth trying! The theory is if you wear this, over time it will give your foot time to "heal". It seems to be working! Definitely recommend.
