These are refurbed but look like new to me! Everything works, battery life is good and in excellent condition. Seems like the refurb process was awesome. I recommend if you need some new controllers.

The first one I ordered had a stuck right thumbstick, like literally it would stay all the way over to the right after you let go. And the D-Pad was like it was shorted out and would send lots of quick presses across multiple directions when you'd click one direction once. I returned that one and got "an exact" replacement.The second one seemed like it was restored with way cheap thumbsticks and triggers, testing it, it'd go from 0 to 32000 (max input) in like just 20% of the full hardware travel of the stick or trigger, for all of them. And it felt way lighter than a legit DS3 and rumble did not work in any games. I suspect the rumble devices were just removed since it felt so much lighter than it should, but I did not take apart to verify. I returned the second one for a refund and gave up on this company. I'm ok with used and restored, was willing to pay for that. But they weren't willing to send me anything that was a legit DS3 that was properly restored with decent parts, which the product page makes it sounds like they're all about high standards here, so maybe I just got really unlikely with the two pieces of not properly restored items they sent me :-/

El control funciona, pero tiene defectos, por ejemplo: cuando juegas el botón L3 se queda pegado y el personaje del videojuego avanza sin que muevas nada. Entiendo que es reacondicionado, pero yo quería algo original y los botones se ve que los remplazaron por unos de menor calidad que lo original y el precio es bastante elevado como para los detalles que tiene.Aún de lo anterior, me quedo el control para poder ponerlo en optimas condiciones y tener algo original.

Pretty sure it doesn’t work with gyro controls, it’s super light, and the d pad gets stuck, totally worth the buy for a replacement, but not for certain very few games that require gyro control.

I tried two of these controllers and they both have the same issues. They’re of great quality, they’ve been re-shelled and the stickers all have the same serial number. This shows that they really went above and beyond to make these look new. However, the battery never stops charging, and the six axis motion doesn’t work on either one. I really wanted them to work since they’re so clean and nice quality, but the function just isn’t right.

It’s a bit hard to find an actual ps3 controller these days. This is a real DualShock controller and not a knock off brand. Even the L3 and R3 knobs are the correct texture.Only negative is: The controller will take charge just fine but it never completes it’s charge cycle. Weird glitch but doesn’t affect the quality for gaming
