The cable melted when I used machine for a couple hours straight on the farm… engine did not over heat or any thing else that could contribute to the failureExtremely disappointing

Nice cable. Comes with heat shielding. I would almost bet the ones saying it melted ran it the wrong way. Needs to be routed through/under the radiator hoses. If it’s on top it directly touches the exhaust manifold and will melt. Mounted perfectly. Works perfectly.

Melted in less than 20 miles. Don't waste your money and buy OEM like I have to now.

After 1 hour of riding the cable frayed and broke. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. I guess you get what you pay for. From now on I’ll pay more and buy OEM parts. Very disappointed.

Shift cable seems to be made well. Everything fit and went together correctly. Machine shifts gears as it should. I would purchase again.
