This was the perfect size and quality for my military macaw! I was surprised by the amazing quality and value for money spent! The material is a high grade, dense plastic that his beak can’t break. He is very comfortable swinging on it and it is easy to hang! Even my Amazon tried it out today! I bought the Large size.

These x-large parrot swings are exactly what I wanted for my pet macaws, including hyacinths, a green wing, and a harlequin. The perch is made of what looks like a textured concrete and is large enough that the nail are on the perch for trimming. In addition, the rough texture acts as a pumice to remove dead skin cells from the feet and keep the feet of parrots healthy. The acrylic form of the swing is thick enough that even my hyacinths can't break it.I tried another brand that had crushed shells on the perch and the shells came off making a mess. Plus, the perches were not large enough for large macaws. I returned them and bought these perches. These cost more but are quality and well worth the price as they will last for a long time. Since I love the quality of these swings for my large parrots, I plan to buy more for my smaller parrots. I highly recommend this brand vs. some of the less expensive alternatives.I hope this review was helpful for you.
