The pond net will come in handy. I am using it as a spare for my koi pond. The net is used to keep unwanted guests out the pond.

I had another pond net from a different company, it was very thin, difficult to handle and worst of all if you got your foot caught in the extra netting that hung over the edge of the pond it would entangle my shoe as if it were some allien creature. This is a sturdy, properly thick net AND the stake pegs that come with it are a welcome bonus... For sure worth the extra dollars. Love this product. PLUS it was shipped very fast.After 4 years of steady use this is developing two good size holes - not yet bad enough to reorder but close. 4 years is not bad in this weather. I also invented a neat method to square up net after dumping all the leaf catch which here is considerable. It's great. One thing however I notice is a major change - when I got this there was a stuff sack for storage - there is none here - Also the price went way up.Update" Well the holes developed after just 3 weeks so I did what I've never done before called the company cust serv AND I immediately got a very nice person, did not get put on hold. Told him what happened and he said, "OK just send me a picture of the net and a copy of your Amazon Invoice - and you know what - the next Biz day Jake wrote me to say he will ship a new met free. and i got the net within 3 days. fantastic. VERY impressed with this company raising to 3 stars and if this stays whole will up to 4.Update Nov. 12 , 2015 - after just 3 weeks this one has already got some big holes - REALLY NOT good. I reduced it to one star- my other one did not get holes till after 4 - 5 YEARS. Lower quality much higher price.

This netting is soft/bendable and feels well made. The included stakes worked much better than my usual solution of holding the netting in place with rocksand garden statues. I should have bought this years ago. This net worked perfectly for me.

I bought this net for the fall when the leaves drop. I have a small waterfall pond with goldfish and last year after all the leaves had fallen I had to drain it and clean out the decayed mess. Swore to myself that I would never go through that again! So, after a little research, I thought I would give this net a try. I put it over the pond at the end of Sept. It is now November and almost all the leaves have fallen in the Carolinas and my pond looks great. Some small debris gets through but 95% of the leaves and small twigs stayed on top of the net. I would just blow them off once a week with my blower. Will probably leave the net on until December 1st then take it off. Not sure how many years it will last but we will see. Great value for the price!

Netting is easy to work with. Strong yet flexible.The stakes were flimsy & broke easily when trying to put them in the ground. I got some metal stakes & everything is now in place. No sage in the net. We streached it very tight. Leaves can be blown off & this net will hold up.

This net is MUCH better made than any previous net I have used and will definitley last for a very long time. It is made of better materials and the size was perfect for my pond. Reusable bag is very handy as well.
