It really works well. I used Aramith cleaner with 10 parts alcohol. The balls do gleam after use.The downside is that you want to hold down the lid at all times. It does not latch, and can (and did) vibrate open, spitting balls 30 feet. I did not get an extra switch, but no big deal. The directions say to use a cleaning solution, but it does not mention which one.It states you can't wash the wool tubes, but I am not sure why. The only reason I can think of is shrinkage possibility.Well worth the price. A very similar one was selling for $300-500 a few years ago.

Lid kept opening while running and there's no cut off switch. Overheated the balls and discolored them, ruining a $500 set of balls. Avoid at all costs.

Everyone likes playing with my shiny balls. They roll so nice and you can see the difference on the break. Very pleased and worth every single cent. Nice ball polisher, I love to polish my balls.

Overall I am very pleased with this product. I have two sets of pool balls that I cleaned right away. A friend brought his over and he hadn't cleaned his in a while and they were noticeably better after 1 cycle in this machine.The picture and even demo video show two "racks", one for 2 1/4" balls and one for snooker balls. Mine only came with the 2 1/4" rack. I don't have a snooker set so no biggie, but if you're expecting the snooker set, you may have to look elsewhere.I used the Aramith cleaner and it worked as expected. There were a few balls where the polisher did not come all the way off, but using a micro fiber cloth to finish the job was not that much of a hassle. Overall, this is a much better product than the Diamond Ball cleaner as you can get all of the balls done in one cycle vs. having to do two with the Diamond....and it's way less expensive. You can also store it in a closet when done.Very please with this product overall.

Only used it 2 times, so far, so can't say about how long this device may last. Amazing how clean they get.Put one small drop of ball cleaner on each ball.

For the price, I have no complaints. Ball polishers from name-brand companies are darn expensive. This machine cleans my pool balls just fine. I use a small drop of Aramith pool ball cleaner on each ball with each cleaning. I recommend. Good value.

Ran a couple of sets through it that looked clean...the pads/tubes indicated I was wrong.When I took the balls out of the individual tubes, you can see the dirt from the balls.- It is quick and pretty quiet.-The "Chinese" voice is funny, but it also speaks in English.- Not to sure why they included an additional power switch.One person slammed them about not including ball cleaner solution ....They didn't advertise as it coming with any cleaning solution.- There is some brochure for some, but it is from overseas.- Basically can just use glass cleaner or 409, per a friend that was a pool hall owner.- I think using the Aramith ball cleaners may really gum up the wool pads, so will just use that in my "Home Depot bucket cleaner" method which I previously used.For my personal/home use, it should be fine to run the 1 set of balls maybe every time i play or every few days.Not sure about the longevity in a pool hall that may clean lots of balls on a regular basis.-----The only CON I can see would be when having to eventually clean the bottom pad or tubes.But it probably won't be too bad.
