I got this because I have a game room in my basement, but I also have cats unfortunately. They tend to do a pretty good job getting for and claw marks on the fell of my pool table. I only wish I got this a little sooner, however I’m lucky enough that they did not cause real damage other than some slight cosmetic things. The cats do go on it and claw on the cover a little bit from time to time. However, this is not too much of an issue because I have not seen them destroy the cover in any way.

My cats were absolutely ruining the cover to our pool table. I tried using a motion activated spray device to keep them off it. I tried double sided sticky tape which didn’t work at all. I was at my wits end to try to save our table and keep our cats happy. The leatherette style cover is just too tempting to our cats -they -loved- scratching and ripping on it. We got this rip stop cover to prevent them from completely wrecking our pool table since we couldn’t keep them off of it. Let me just say- this has saved the day. The cats no longer try to dig their claws into the cover, but they still can enjoy laying on the tabletop. The standard eat until you puke cat behavior (of course puke on the pool table) didn’t soak through and was very easy to clean. I give this cover a double thumbs up for making life with our bratty cats less stressful. The cover fits our 8ft table perfectly.

This cover is the perfect size! Fits like a glove, very easy to put on the pool table and to take off and fold up. Decent material definitely seems to be that this cover will hold up for quite some time.

After almost 20 years, I've decided to replace the original cover that came with my pool table. I wanted something a little lighter and easier to stow away when not in use, so this fit my requirements. Here's what I think of this cover:1.) It fits my 8' table well.2.) I'm not really sure what 600D oxford cloth is exactly, but I've seen this material many times before. I've seen storage bags and duffel bags made out of this material. Oh, and it has PU coating... that means nothing to me.3.) They talk about this being scratch resistant, tear resistant, and able to stand up against the elements for at least three years, but mine came out of the box with a bunch of stains on it. It looks like bleach was dripped on this in various spots. It makes me question the durability claims. Not a good look.4.) I can see where this is easy to clean. I haven't had to clean it yet, but I'm sure you can just hose it off.5.) I like that it is light and doesn't take up much storage space.6.) The drawstrings are fine. I'm not sure I'll ever use them because this fits on there well and I don't have too many stiff breezes blowing through that particular room.This is fine and does the job. I'm disappointed that it came in the condition that I described earlier. Quality control clearly isn't a priority for this outfit. I wouldn't recommend this cover simply based on that oversight. It's probably around a three and a half to four star product, but sending a damaged cover removes at least two stars.

I ordered the 8 foot cover for our air hockey table. The table is only about 7 1/2 feet long so this cover is a little large for the table. One neat feature i didn't expect is a draw string on each end to take up the slack in the cover. The cover is thick and durable and should provide good protection to my table for a long time! recommended.

Its not the quality material I was hoping for. It won't fit tight but so far it hasn't blown off. Its ok but not what I was hoping for. The material is not good its flimsy.
