Held about 5 toothpicks but was really low quality. Not a fan, seems like it would rust if washed.

The threading strips quickly. Expect with frequent use, to have to replace. Expensive for its lifetime.

It will hold 7 average sized toothpicks. And let me give you a tip, put them in the smaller end, what would/will be closest to your keys. If you go for the longer side it’s a hair more narrow and will fit 6 average picks.I say average picks repeatedly because if you go with an odd ball shape or size then it may be more or less. I use flavored picks to help curb cravings for sugary snacks, but I also carry a few tea tree & cinnamon picks and those are a bit wider. For the wider picks I can fit 4-5 comfortably.It does scratch really easily, so imho it’s best to get a nice wooden one to compliment this one. I see my metal keychain one as an always on-hand, ready to go pick, but the wooden one is classy and more a luxury item.Beyond a more durable material or maybe a silicone sleeve for it, my only other wish was a quick connect feature. Something where I can take this off my keys and slide it into my pocket would be great. I could see leaving my keys in my locker at work, but heading this on me. Or quickly popping it off when I get home.I also don’t imagine it would hold up to a lot of weight, but I’ve already sat on mine and it’s still the same shape.It’s a nice little aluminum canister that will do well to hold your picks safely and keep moisture locked in, while keeping excess water and dirt out. There are two little rubber o-rings on it that create a complete seal. Great for the price, could be made a little bit better with a couple more features.

I don’t usually write reviews but when I do there’s usually some kind of fatal flaw. I bought this to travel with on my keychain, it’s great knowing you always have access to toothpicks.However, this thing has a tendency to come unscrewed in your pocket and has dumped out all the toothpicks twice now. I’ve removed it from my keychain after the second time.Great when it works but it has that one issue to figure out.

It does what it's supposed to do; toothpicks fit and hold a good number of them. However, as one of the reviewers mentions, this is not made of titanium. Scrolling down a little, you see "Material: aluminum alloy", which is contradicts the product title up top. This is the reason I leave 4 star.

The title description says “titanium toothpick holder” but it arrived and its clearly made of aluminum. Sure enough I went to read the extended description and it says “aluminum”. So it’s partially on me for not reading the full description but it shouldn’t say that it’s titanium in the title. Not the end of the world, but its very deceiving. I probably wouldn’t have spent the money on it if I knew it was aluminum.
