This is literally a plug and play item. Took less than 3 minutes to replace the OEM switch and have the door panel reinstalled and mirrors working. Will it hold up? Only had it installed for a week now, but so far so good. I don't adjust my mirrors much, so I hope this will last until I replace the truck.

Easy to replace by popping the arm rest up and slide out from the back tabs. Just unplug old mirror control and pop in the new one. Plug wire harness back in. Test to see if it works then pop tge arm rest back into the door. Took less than 5 minutes start to finish.
