Very comfortable, easy to assemble. Massage is subpar. But we love them they are a great addition to our mommy and daddy room♡

After a few months, the chair falls apart. Specifically, the arm/leg will concave on itself, the leg rest will fall apart. It was good until that happened. Now I'm stuck fixing it every month and saving to buy a better chair. If you aren't a child or less than 150 lbs, don't buy it.

These Recliners were at my home 5 days after I ordered them. They are all steel frame, no wood. They came in 4 large boxes and were very easy to assemble. They are built really well and all functions work perfectly. I am amazed that for the low price how well this product is built. If you are thinking about purchasing these recliners, I strongly recommend you do so. I never write reviews, but for this product, I had to. Great job to the manufacturers and supplier.

I received the product quickly. It was well packaged, easy to assemble, quality material, sturdy. The chairs looked great, ( as advertised), and very comfortable. I had a power issue with one of the chairs, and contacted the seller. They responded very quickly and gave me some suggestions to helped me isolate the symptoms. The problem was with my power strip, issue resolved. I would definitely recommend the product and seller, based off of my customer experience.

Great looking chairs, very easy to put together. They are comfortable, it is a massage chair with heat. I was hoping for a little bit more to the massage part of it. If you’re looking for a chair that has massage that you can really feel this would not be the chair. But all in all it’s worth what you pay for it.
