I got two of them of no charger. Item no problem, but there are no charger. I have to return and purchase the link with battery and charger. Can the seller send the charger to us?

Everything is great about this battery except 1 big flaw. The way both of the D-tap ports are installed are wrong, so you can't plug in 2 d-tap sources at the same time. One plug will block the other port. It should be oriented in opposite directions.Other than that, the capacity, price and USB ports make this a good value V-mount option.

arrived today and take it out for fully charged for 3 hours !!!!.… and after that removed the power then press the indicator light for checking battery NOT work (defected i guess).plug into my camera it work fine but how am i support to know the percentage left for battery before running out of juice!!!they should test it before send to customers since the packaging not sealed.decided to return for better brands, wasted my time since im on scheduled for shooting outdoor soon and have my trust on it when it arrived

At first, it seemed the indicator lights didn't work. The seller reached out to me and provided the best customer service. Even offered me a refund. I later found the battery was completely dead upon arrival and had to charge first to see the indicator lights working again. Will buy another one soon!(should last about 4-5 hours plugged into camera and monitor, based on a two-hour video shoot test run)

It came with one bar out of 5 charged i then put it on the charger, an once it got to 100% I ran my camera and monitor for 4.5hrs and the battery only dropped down to 94% after 4.5hrs of straight video.... at this rate it'll last a few days running longer times throughout each day without having to charge. Like it so alot so far, good job

I used it the amaran 2x2 foldable panel light bi color. It worked well. I used the light for about 4 hours. It was on most of the time. I would say it was off for 30 minutes between setups. I had the power at 100% for the first hour then at 80% for the rest. The battery has a five led light indicator for charge. By the end it was at 2 bars left.

I'm updating my original review from 1 star to 5 stars because the company found my negative review, verified my purchase of multiple copies of this battery, and sent me a brand new one. Hopefully it lasts, as I have 4 of these now, and I use them to to power lights, monitors, and sometimes even camera (a bit too big and heavy to be happy on my small Komodo, Z-cam and BlackMagic cameras).Original review below:1 of my 3 is dead as a doornail, won't take a charge. Less than two months old, probably 5-6 times ever on the charger. VERY disappointed and can't trust these any more. I have about 15 other V-mounts going strong, many are more than 3 years old.
