I bought these Powertec toggle clamp feet to pair with Powertec toggle clamps I also purchased. I specifically picked these because they are threaded and I figured if I got the same brand of clamp the threads would match, right? Nope! They don't work with their own brand because they have different threads...metric vs S.A.E. I assume. How dumb!

Great for making quick adjustments for different thickness of material. I like the large swivel pads as well. Well designed. One improvement for this clamp would be to have a wing nuts instead of two ordinary nuts. Then you would not need any wrenches at all.

these work as a great more cost effective solution to the competitors, but i would question the strength as they are definitely not made with the same quality materials as staco brand clamps

Undersized adjusting nuts. Come on can't buy standard nuts????? Body of clamp is beefy for it's small size.

This is a nifty thing to have. I guess most people use these as some sort of vice or work holder but I bought two to use as a door latch for a metal shed door that was always slipping open a bit. I attached them to the door so that when the door is closed this toggle pulls the door back against the top wall and secures the door tight. It is adjustable so that the rubber stop and bar can be moved further or closer to the piece it is attached against. These things are well made and look like they should last forever. They work great and I highly recommend. Hope this helps.

I use various sizes of these frequently in the shop for all sorts of jigs and I like to keep extras on hand at all times. I've seen some other brands, in a larger size that were not stamped exactly and wouldn't stay in place under pressure because the pivot points didn't go past top-dead-center. These are well made and very handy. I'll be back for more.

Ordered a few of these for jigs for my table saw. Clamps work fine but there are two things to note. First, they do not come with any mounting screws. Not a huge deal but it is annoying. Second, there is not much range in how big of things you can clamp. For instance, I have my jig set up to clamp 1x boards but I cannot clamp 2x boards using the same jig. I would need to create a second jig or buy different clamps.
