This HDPE miter bar was designed to help you produce quality results when building jigs and fixtures for your router table, band saw, and other woodworking tools using a table saw miter slot. Won't swell or shrink with the change of seasons or with moisture.
The HDPE miter bars are ideal for cross-cut sleds and other accessories, safely keeping hands away from the blade. Avoid risking your limb when crosscutting smaller pieces with a crosscut sled you specifically calibrate with your table saw.

These miter bars were exactly what I was looking for. Fit my Delta tablesaw just right. Made a sled and was able to make uniform crosscuts in multiple pieces. Appreciated the sctews that came with the package.

It's a stick with holes, not much to mess up. Only problem was the width was oversized. Between 0.395 and 0.405. These should be at or just under 0.375. Had to sand them down to work.

Far from being even close to perfect!1st issue is that the predrilled holes are not straight, so the screw goes in at a angle pulling the cheap track to one side. YES I used a center bit to start my hole.2nd is that the cheap material will expand when you tighten the screw!I've made 3 (THREE) attempts to install this cheap crap, and NO success! With the tracks attached with super glue, the sled slides perfect... start putting screws in and it's downhill from there! I tried by installing all the screws at once the first time, Then tried realigning the 2nd time, and the third time I put in one screw at a time checking after each screw. I could watch the track move when the screw goes in! It gets tighter and harder to move after each screw!I'm not even gonna try to use them, they are going on the trash where they belong!!DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THE CHEAP AZ CRAP!!!

I recently bought another product that looked like it was cut by a 3rd grader. They didn’t come close to fitting in the slots and had a lip on both pieces that I could not sand or trim off to get the fit I needed.These Powertechs fit like a glove and slide in the std 3/4” grooves like butter. I have a Harvey 4hp for reference.

I used this product for a crosscut sled and it fit my table saw slot perfectly. The shipping of this product was better than expected and received it before the anticipated date. Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase!
