I purchased this thinking it would fit my faucet, but it doesn’t. The connection is incompatible, and the hose doesn’t sit properly. I ended up wasting time and money on a product that’s not even useful for my kitchen setup. Very frustrating experience.

The heat-resistant handle didn’t perform as advertised. I work in a busy kitchen, and after using the hose for a short period, the handle became unbearably hot. It was uncomfortable to use, which defeats the whole purpose of having a heat-resistant handle.

After using this spray hose for just a couple of weeks, it started leaking from the connection. I followed all installation instructions carefully, but it still failed to hold up.

So this came with everything we needed and I had it installed in less than 10 minutes! Added a lot of ease to our kitchen and staff love the ease of cleaning things off now!

This hose assembly came with extra washers, adapters, and a sturdy handle. It has a nice chrome finish on all parts, with brass mating surfaces at all connections, which I like. This worked very well for me to replace the hose assembly on a commercial sink I've repurposed for use outdoors. The original hose and sprayer were worn out, and after pairing this hose assembly with a sprayer also from Amazon, my handy outdoor sink is up and running. Very pleased with this product. I received it through the Amazon Vine program.

BACKGROUND:The diverter valve on my kitchen faucet needed replacing, but I could not find the name of the manufacturer -- much less the model number. The faucet was whatever the builder put in the house many years ago and my attempts to match photos on web sites to it was not successful, so when Vine started suggesting various sprayers to me, I decided to see what I could do with their suggestions. The sprayer I decided on is normally for restaurant kitchens and as such, the fitting size it needs is not what you would find in your house. You are unlikely to even find it at the big box home improvement stores (e.g. Home Depot, Lowes, etc). I figured that I might find it at a restaurant supply store or maybe just a fitting that would get me closer to something that I could get at the home improvement store. Before I could make it to a restaurant supply store, I ended up getting this item as a Vine suggestion a few days later for a sprayer hose that included an adapter that would go from the the thread that they used on the end of the sprayer to a NPS thread that I could more easily work with (find adapters).INITIAL OBSERVATIONS:This ia NOT a wimpy lightweight hose -- it has *substance* to it. I do not currently need the handle that came with it, but I'll save it as a spare in case I ever need to replace the handle on my spray head.COMPLAINTS / ISSUES:No real complaints, it worked as I needed.I wish I had ordered one with a longer hose so that I might have the option of installing it elsewhere for a different use, but that is on me, not the seller.IMPRESSIONS:The hose and adapters that it came with made it a lot easier for me to hook it to my residential kitchen sink. It didn't *completely* go to what was under my sink, but it got me to a point where I could find common adapter fittings that would work for my particular situation.CONCLUSION:This is a solid product that meets it's specifications. I can find no fault in it. We needed to replace a hose within our other kitchen and this really was an easy swap out. We did out homework to make sure it would fit and it was the right replacement. Happy with the pricing and highly recommend.
