I opened this with high hopes. There was hard stuffing only at the top and the bottom of the pillow and nothing in the middle, just an empty pillow case. I do not recommend.

I bought this in my third trimester, so comfortable and made sleeping less of a hassle. The thickness is good as a pillow and for between the knee support

My husband has Cancer that has metastasized to his spine . This has been a great comfort to him sitting on the sofa or a chair. Very soft, yet supportive. We just purchased 2 more.

I ordered this to replace my body pillow as the primary pillow I travel with--since I have multiple chronic illnesses which result in frequent joint pain and injuries, being able to support my body all the way around is ideal for good sleep. A friend with similar issues mentioned that he uses one like this and it's been a game-changer for him, so I thought I'd try it for myself.This is perfect support for my back and hips and even works well enough to support my knees when I'm doing more of a half-on-my-front sprawl. The only issue I have with it is that the top portion doesn't support my spine quite as well as my subluxation-prone neck needs; I've tucked a small memory foam cervical pillow in the U to sort that out, giving me support everywhere I need it, while still being able to pack it into a small space when we need to relocate for my partner's traveling industrial construction work. I love that the plush cover can be removed and washed, though it's a little tricky to get back onto the pillow afterward; thankfully I don't have to do that every week!
