The vendor who supplied this did fine - it's the quality of Fingertec that is the issue. We have 3 of these systems. The software interface is very non-intuitive, poorly written and has a bunch of issues that continually pop up - and Fingertec wants a $250 annual charge to support the poorly written software. It can't handle new years, sometimes it won't allow you to print the timecards even though the data is there. The timeclock doesn't work well in practice - it won't work with many peoples fingers.Not a good purchase. Will never buy it again.

Looks like this product can do alot for the small business. Setup not overly difficult, however setting up the software is a little difficult to navigate. Also have this located in a heated farm shop for employees to clock in, it is on an outside wall and the fingerprint sensor seems to not pick up well when hands are dry, and or cold.Been going for over a year now and still going strong. No problems or complaints.

Set up and use is fairly simple. You have to call tech support to get passed certain points of the installation but they are knowledgeable and very capable of answering any questions you may have. Works great in the field.

This worked Great! We have since gone with WiFi. The TA200PLUSEW is a better upgrade and we are currently using both.

This system works well. It usually recognizes the fingerprints well, but sometimes the person needs to give it more than one try, and rarely more than five tries (which is why I gave it a 4 star rating). It is not that easy to install, but the customer service is outstanding, and when you call in they set up everything for you ( so you really do not need to worry about figuring it out ). I have also called just because i didn't have the time to figure out how to make some reports, and again, they guided me through immediately, and I had my reports in minutes. Just for the fact that it works pretty well and for the impressive customer service, I can say I do recommend this product to any small business like mine.
