There were two shutters as in a set. The driscription reads like there may be only one shutter.

Shutters are made of cheap plastic and bowed on the house in warm or cold temperatures. Every one of them would have to be reinforced. This would have been a better product if they had made them of a thicker plastic and updated the look including a more wood look. I don't know if these can still be returned as it took a while in this economy to find someone to install them. (4 pairs)
