This is a brand new valve design that replaces the plunger style OEM valve. Eliminates issues of pressure valve sticking or getting stuck which causes engine failure.

The valve worked fine, but the brass plug walls didn't take 11 the recommended ftlbs. It broke right off. A PITA. The nut should be made from steel.

Junk don't buy it. Just use 2 5/16 ball bearings. Included instructions say to torque to 11 ft pounds and the bolt couldn't even handle that before it snapped.

While torquing to recommended 11 ft/lbs it twisted right off.

Je lai intaller mais entre les filets et le trou interne , il reste tellement peu de metal que sa cassee en visant !! Et je serrais tres peu !

My plunger got stuck and the oil pressure went way too high kept stalling my engine so I replace the plunger with ball bearings that trick didn't work so I ordered this thing and it fixed my oil pressure problems works perfectly

Went to install this unit in my 800 engine and it was so tight I couldn't use it. I ended up using the 2 ball bearings and i have good oil pressure readings on my added oil pressure gauge. Don't waste your money on this junk.

This thing went right in no problem, however when they say 11 ft pounds, they mean it! Be careful and help protect your rig from low oil pressure. This was installed in a 2009 rzr 800.

This relief valve works great, stabilizes oil pressure on the high side & the low. Great fit & finish, easy install.Highly recommend. Only time will tell on durability but so far so good.
