As I’m getting older, I’m not quite as strong in my hands as I used to be. This thing is like a dream. You just press the button with little effort and did disengages or engages the fitting. Can’t ask much more than that.

These fittings last so much longer than the conventional onesI use these in a bodyshop dropping them on the concrete all the time and changing out tool frequently thru out the day and they just last

We are in the custom cabinet business and use a lot or air tools. We have used a lot of different couplers over the years and these are the best, no leaky fittings. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a great coupler, no pop-off like standard ones, and it's wrapped in plastic in case it bumps against something precious.I found that some of my male connectors (cheap ones from HF) didn't work with this: apparently they are slightly short on length, and the coupler does not capture the ridge properly. Used with quality male parts, this coupler is excellent!

Wow, this is a great coupler. The ease of use is nice, as it gives me less fatigue throughout the day than messing with cheap brass couplers.Air tool fitting presses right in. One easy button press releases the tool. Minimal, if any air leakage. One thing about this coupler though, that drives me up the wall, is that is very particular about the fittings that it couples with. While yes, it couples with the 1/4" kind of standardized fittings, it may not stay coupled. If the fitting is not absolutely perfect, and made exactly some certain way...the coupler will just pop right off your tool, and the hose will fall to the ground. Once in awhile, this wouldn't be so bad, but every few seconds, or with the slightest movement of your tool, makes this downright frustrating.I replaced all my old fittings with Milton 727 M style fittings. Those seem to work perfectly. My swivel fitting from Snap-On will not stay coupled to it, but I can see a knick or 2 on the fitting, so it may just be that. The point is, replace any old fittings you have when you switch to this coupler. It may be an awesome coupler, but it is super picky.

So far the Prevost couplers have worked out well for our business. We actually use our couplers with water in polyurethane hoses attached to couplers. For years we used brass couplers, but the internal components would rust. I recently switched over to stainless steel couplers, but at $30 a coupler it gets very expensive. I like the push button option with the Prevost couplers. Very easy connect and disconnect with one hand. I'll certainly post negative feedback as time goes on if the couplers don't hold up. As of now, we are pleased with the Prevost quality and performance.

Works really well with single handed operation. The insertion force is higher than other style automated coupler , but the disconnect by the button push is very convenient. They call the material "composite", but what it seems to indicate is that the body seems to be steel with plastic outer shell not to damage surfaces or the coupler.

Best air coupler ever! So easy to use. No more pulling back a collar while pushing the tool in, just a quick and easy push and it clicks right in. You dont have to push the button to attach tools, just push it in and it automaticly locks. Super easy to disconnect with a push of the button. Button is slightly recessed, so you dont have to worry about accidently hitting it while using a tool.I have these on both my air hoses at work and I use them on a daily basis. I have one that has been in daily use, for almost 4 years and still works perfectly. And this is not light use. I am connecting and disconnecting different tools constantly all day. I constantly drop the air hose on hard concrete and the couple takes a licking without damage and still works like new.I recently bought a compressor for my house and I bought a couple of these for my air hoses. I will never use any other air coupler again. Well worth every penny!
