Had a leaky old kcmo several decades old. This fit perfectly ! Problem solved! I had tried changing washers etc but nope. This was super easy like a new faucet

Took a chance on this to avoid doing some tricky plumbing work. This stem is exactly the same as a 1960 prier kcmo. Saved a lot of money and time with this part.

I have a home built in 1968. One of the spigots leaked badly at the valve/ knob. The body of it was embedded in original stucco. In order to remove and fully replace it I would have had to follow up with stucco repair. Hoping I could just replace the "guts" I found this one here after seeing the brand named Prier on the side of original spigot. Sure enough, they're exactly the same. Unscrewed the leaky valve and screwed the new one in its place.
