These heavy-duty garage door rollers are constructed of steel wheels and rods and they include steel ball bearings. The wheels measure 1-13/16 inch in diameter, the shafts are 6-13/16 inch long and measure 7/16 inch in diameter. Each roller is equipped with a steel inner race and factory lubricated steel ball bearings. Garage door rollers like these are used on side by side hinge placements for added strength.

I have an old garage, not well built. The automatic garage door would occasionally come off a roller or two and get jammed. After spending hours trying to rebalance the springs and other fixes, I gave up and searched for rollers with longer posts. They work great, garage has had no problems since. Wish I’d thought of this years ago!

Opened my garage door and I heard a bang. Didn't know what the sound was. A week later I found that one of the rollers broke. Measured the old roller and found this one to be a perfect fit to replace it with. Works perfectly!

Its more difficult to find the 6" Rollers in brick and mortar stores. Same day delivery with this one, replaced a faulty nylon roller on my door. Perfect fit, quiet so far, and the steel will be sturdy.
