It operates on the principle of "stiffening" the coupling between the tow vehicle and trailer. The degree of "stiffening" or friction is adjusted to suit various trailer weights and towing conditions. Its operation is simple and uncomplicated. It doesn't prevent the generation of sway; it simply works to resist the forces once they have started.

The scenes and threads are not heavy duty enough. They stripped out and I had to replace them

Haven't flipped my trailer over yet. I had to tighten the lower bolt to gain clearance for the quick release, but no buggy.

Works exactly as expected, I'm glad I bought it!I just hauled my travel trailer for over 5,000 miles, including mountains and deserts, and it held upperfectly, After watching a badly fish-tailing trailer during high winds, while mine stayed steady, I now appreciate this even more.

Bought to replace the camco sway bar that came with my trailer. I have only used it on one trip. But after 8 hours of driving I have no complaints. It arrived on time, looks to be well made, and worked as expected.

But I can't really leave a good review because it didn't fit our RV tongue with the sway bar. I was going to return it but I was only going to get half back on what I paid for it. So it sets here useless.

We have a 34 foot trailer that we normally leave an hour away at a campground. We take back roads so don't need to worry too much about sway. I got these for the first time I towed on the highway, 4 hours to Cape Cod. They did a great job, no swat at all and barely noticed it was there.

Absolutely the best value. It includes ALL the installation hardware, and yes, the 1 1/4 inch ball for your weight distribution hitch as well. I've used this sway bar before and you can't go wrong.

Arrived in awesome time. I was a bit surprised to find out that pro series makes sway control for many companies who charge a lot more. This is the real deal. At less than $50 it is awesome.Works well but is a bit noisy when the bar gets wet but it is a friction break so that is to be expected. Directions were lacking but a quick search turned up a youtube video on how to install it. The video was made by RV trailer professionals so it is very good. Make sure you are comfortable and have the tools to drill into the frame and mount the bolts.
