Easy to install and use, with a reliable app. The fingerprint scanner works well, and the quality is solid. A bit pricey for a single lock, but worth it for the features and durability.

I have this lock in a slightly different color, but it was more expensive. They are very similar and even use the same app, so when it comes to affordability, this door lock is a steal. It is easy to install and easy to setup with the app. It is important to note that when you first install it, any fingerprint will open the lock, that is until you add each person in on the app, then only the programmed fingerprints will work. You will need batteries for this to work, so be ready with those. The batteries can be replaced without removing the lock, there’s a faceplate on the inside handle that is easy to access with a screwdriver. It reads the fingerprint 4 out of 5 times on the first try, so that’s a plus. We have these on all the interior doors for rooms that we need to limit our kids access to. It’s an easy way to babyproof and not have to deal with hard to use baby locks, that the kids end up ripping off anyways.

The lock itself works fine. It can be a little bothersome at times with the app for control but you get used to that. The fingerprint scanner seems to work well and you can add or remove permissions for people with the app at any time.

This is a decent fingerprint lock/knob. In the end, I decided it’s not for me, but this might not be the case for everyone. It is easy to install, uses batteries for fingerprint mechanism, and you have to install an app on your phone. It also has an override key. It is heavy, looks stylish, and nice. The reason I didn’t want to keep it, in the end I did not like an app to control the door lock. I wanted a simpler mechanism with the ability of fingerprint.

WOW! What an incredible lock! The fingerprint recognition is absolutely top-notch—fast, reliable, and seamless. This lock is very sturdy and well-made, truly a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. The high-quality materials give it a sleek, modern look that stands out.You may need to make minor adjustments, as it’s quite a grand lock. I have solid doors from the 1950s, and the casing needed a little extra room—but a quick and easy chisel fix made for a perfect fit. It’s on the higher end price-wise, but honestly, it’s worth its hefty price. The app is user-friendly and requires minimal setup, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.A great addition to our rooms! -MK

This was definitely an item that I was excited to check out, was on backorder so I had plenty of time to contemplate and get excited and then when I received it all this anticipation and expectation met reality. And so far I found very lacking. This was packaged well, assembled nicely you could tell that this was not a quick grab item there are some time and effort put in to the presentation and assembly. Clear instructions with pictures a appreciated stencil for how to drill holes if you're cutting a new door and it seemed very straightforward and it took me nothing but a minute for me to have everything lined up, and randomly the inside door handle decided that it was going to fall out of the the turning sheath with an impressive ricochet of the spring and it's clip holding it in place. I don't know why, maybe it was a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon assembly, but all the measurements were good on the door and it was barely even began to be screwed in when it decided to ricochet. Find all the pieces on the ground and I spent I don't know at least 90 minutes hunched over this thing like a heart surgeon transplanting one before I gave up I was not going to get that carbon fiber clip back in place, no matter how desperately I wanted it to. So okay you know it happens right best of intentions worst of scenarios.i ran through the Amazon return policy everything was great my return device arrived extremely quickly, especially in comparison to how long I had to wait for the original. Okay so check all the parts and everything looks great. Once again get everything lined up get everything in position, yet now the outside door handle when turned only engages the latch if you're pulling up on it, and never when you push down on it. And always, locked or not. Okay I'm a smart man or at least I play one on TV, this must have been something I did wrong take the whole thing apart and I then proceeded for again probably 90 minutes to 2 hours checking and rechecking my work trying to understand why this was not locking and why it was only interacting with the latch the little part that goes in and out at the door when you pulled up on it. I flipped it I tried reversing the handles upside down I went back to the original handle just to make sure that it wasn't something that had never worked in that door but long story short because I'd probably still be messing with it as I was constantly having to you know screw/unscrew it, the little electrical cable that runs from the battery compartment you thread through and plug in on the other side somehow, some way became unplugged on the non-accessible side. So now I have this cable it's plugged in on side instructions dictate you're supposed to plug in at, now unplugged side resides deep in that hole, that was never supposed to happen. I'm going to go ahead and open up a troubleshooting request with the company. But I've installed more than I cared to admit amount of door locks of all different shapes and sizes, the crowning achievement, a 10 foot door about 8 inches thick, rounded at top like a medieval castle porticulus. Perfectly hung that it swings open with a child's push. (Ok, I assisted someone that knew what they were doing with that one, still...)Not going to claim to be a professional but I have put in the time and the work to at least be considered a skilled amateur. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is already a two-strike loser ordeal for me and I've lost about 4 hours of productivity on something I was really excited and thought was going to take me all of 5 to 10 minutes. So hope with me that this review as is will be temporary, that third time will be the charm and I can come back to this and edit the score on it because it will be everything I had wanted and wished it would be, the struggle and frustration the humorous anecdote I'll be able to recall fondly with the bedtime story ending "all's well that ends well". really hoping I won't have to request a third one if they okay me doing I'm going to crack open the side and plug the wire back in, but I don't want to violate any sort of warranty or such by doing without permission from the company as I can only hope that is all that is wrong. I sincerely hope I get to come back here and gush

I’m extremely impressed with this smart lock! The fingerprint recognition works quickly and accurately, and I love how easy it is to use the app to control the lock remotely. The black finish is sleek and modern, and the handle feels sturdy. It’s perfect for both my front door and bathroom, providing keyless entry and peace of mind. The WiFi control adds extra convenience, and the electronic biometric feature makes it super secure. Installation was a breeze, and I’m so happy with how well it works. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a secure and high-tech upgrade to their door locks!
