Wonderful healthier version of the silicone crap I was using before. I was tired of the silicone making all my food taste like soap.

Like the 3 rivet construction and wood handle. Metal is extra thick and has machined sharpened edges.

This Spatula is strong enough and put together well enough to withstand the dishwasher!

It’s a great product, good for working kitchens or home chefs, however the handle is a bit rough and wish it were better quality finish and wood, will need to oil or sand if it becomes bothersome. Otherwise good product.

Great spatula, better than other cheaper scrapers and other stuff I've had off here. Will last me a lifetime.Steel is very thick, tang has 3 pins so it's not going anywhere.

Love this spatula; and I’m picky about my kitchen tools. It is very sturdy and the beveled edges lie so flat that they are almost sharp. The three rivets on the handle are firmly in place. I expect this tool will last a long time.

As a seasoned food service professional with 16 years of experience, including kitchen management and restaurant ownership, I can confidently say that this turner, AKA spatula is a top-notch tool for professionals and backyard griddle grilling gurus. The full-tang wooden handle is a must-have feature. This thing is sturdy and durable. I would not doubt that it lasts a long time even in professional kitchens. Does it feel great in your hand right out of the box? Not necessarily. But neither do the name-brand wooden turners that are twice the price. The key is to break it in until it becomes an extension of your hand.First, different turners are designed for different applications. The blade on this one is pretty thick and the thickness of the metal combined with these dimensions makes the spatula ideal for certain cooking tasks, while not ideal for others. If smashburgers are your thing, the the thick, sturdy blade is great for creating thin, crispy-edged smash burgers on a flat top grill. However, the 3" width, while adequate, may leave some users wanting a bit more coverage. For regular burgers, frozen, pressed, or handmade, as well as steaks, this turner offers the precision and strength needed for effective flipping and handling as if you and the turner are one. The beveled edges and round corners make it great for cutting up things like bell peppers as they cook, and those corners really minimize the risk of scratching your grill surface. That said, the thickness makes it challenging to slide under thin and delicate fish fillets without breaking them, though enough oil can solve that issue. Also, because this is a "beefy" blade, it doesn't exactly flex and bend as the thinner turners. So if you want to pan/skillet fry, this means you would benefit from using a larger pan. Here's a wonderful secret: Dawn Powerwash. It's like having a magic eraser for your grill tools.Remember, the key to efficient cooking is using the right tool for the job. This turner's is a "powerhouse" for what it does and is designed to do, while still being good enough for tasks when it's the only tool you got.
